AZURE RESTAURANT INTRODUCES REVAMPED MENU
Azure Restaurant is taking diners on an epicurean journey that’s a true feast for the senses.
Guests may select one dish from each of the five courses created by Chef De Cuisine Jose Reyes, who joined the culinary team at The Royal Hawaiian earier this year.
Committed to supporting Hawaii’s agricultural, ranching and fishing communities, Chef Jose emphasizes farm-to-table dining highlighting ingredients procured locally.
In doing so, he aims to create extraordinary dishes and foster a deeper connection between guests and Hawaii’s vibrant local food culture.
