The Royal Hawaiian is preparing to embark on a new era of redefined luxury and will close the hotel for seven months on or around June 1, 2008 and reopen in late 2008 as one of the world’s elite collection of hotels for luxury and romance.
The hotel will continue to maintain its superior service and commitment to creating unforgettable and ultimate vacation experiences for its guests. The hotel management is currently working diligently to relocate any reservations and events that may be affected by this closure to one of our sister hotels in Waikiki.
Inspired by the world’s most magical period, the restored Royal Hawaiian will usher in a return to glory and grandeur in Waikiki — recapturing the essence of the destination where the world fell in love with Hawaii.
